The vast majority of Ken’s career has been spent in the electrical industry. With experience at the contractor, manufacturer, and specialty distribution level, however, Ken has primarily served as an electrical manufacturers representative in the Texas and Oklahoma markets. He has held various roles at the rep level, including inside sales, outside sales, territory manager, sales management and executive leadership. Ken has a proven sales track record and exceptional relationship management skills.

Joe Werthman is responsible for FGR Sales in West Texas. This includes Midland-Odessa, Lubbock,Amarillo, Abilene, San Angelo and El Paso where applicable. Joe has over 30 years of experience in the Electrical, Lighting, and Low Voltage markets. Joe enjoys his position with FGR Group and says “it’s a pleasure to work with a great team of professionals.”

Stephen has 9 years of sales experience building strong relationships with vendors and successfully executing marketing promotions and increasing overall product sales.

His diversified experience also includes 10 years in operations successfully managing vendor relationships, negotiating price points and ensuring optimal savings and timely product delivery.

He has a track record of delivering solid and consistent results and has managed high-profile partnerships with prestigious clients.

Sales Manager for Lighting & Electrical in South Texas. Wayne has 10 plus years of experience in electrical and lighting distribution. Wayne has excellent relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and other market channels throughout South Texas.

James Guest has a wide variety of experience early on at the distributor level in industrial and contractor supplies. He moved into factory sales in tools on the contractor and electrical supply side. Now he a manufacturer’s representative in electrical products, and specifically, lighting products for the most recent 22 years.

Samantha came to FGR with a broad knowledge of sales in the UK. She also owned and managed her small business in the oil and gas industry, Samantha provides administrative support for our entire sales team and business operations.

Aidan Fish is a recent graduate from Texas A&M University, where he majored in industrial distribution with a minor in business. Aidan is a driven professional with a background in customer service and business ownership, Aidan’s experience includes operations, finances and even running his own tennis racquet stringing business. He is passionate about industrial distribution and is excited to be an Inside Sales representative with FGR Group.
